Emma Stone's new production gets its first teaser

Actress Emma Stone has become the interest of many due to her most recent work already released in theaters, the film “Poor Creatures” was loved by everyone and made Emma go home with the Best Actress award after the 2024 Oscars. The film was directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, a Greek filmmaker who has a reputation for surprising viewers with his quirky and creative works. Also starring Emma Stone in the cast, the film Kinds of Kindness promises to be another success Lanthimos.

Still this Wednesday (27th) before the release of the teaser, the studio Searchlight Pictures released a brief synopsis of the film: “is a fable that follows a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a police officer who is alarmed because his wife who went missing at sea has returned and looks like a different person; and a woman determined to find someone specific with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader”, said the synopsis.

The teaser contains less than a minute, in which we can see a clear difference from the last release of Lanthimos whereas we see an urban environment more frequently and even a more modern approach.

Kinds of Kindness premieres on June 21, 2024 in American cinemas, there is still no information on a title or official release date here in Brazil.
