HOUSE BEANS (Homemade beans a delight)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of black bean tea
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
First, wash the beans well and let them soak for 30 minutes.
Then put the onion, garlic and olive oil and the other seasonings of your choice in a pressure cooker and let it brown, then add the beans, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
Then let the pressure out of the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Let it cook over low heat, uncovered, for about five minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency. Stir from time to time so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
Finally, turn off the fire and serve next.
