According to information from “TMZ”the singer’s injuries were severe and he was rushed to an area hospital in an ambulance.

Tekashi, at the time, was not in the company of his security guards and decided to flee when he realized that he would not be able to confront his attackers. The team at that gym notified the manager of the site, who called the police and the ambulance so that he could be attended to by health professionals in first aid.

With cuts, bumps and bruises on his face, ribs and back, the rapper is expected to receive police protection. According to the magazine “Who”he left prison earlier than expected after collaborating with the authorities with his allegations against his former gangmates.

For those who don’t know, in December 2019, Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced to two years in prison after testifying against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. At his trial, he pleaded guilty to nine counts involving gangs, drugs and weapons, with a minimum 37 years in prison.

However, the rapper had his sentence attenuated to thirteen months of detention in a closed regime by the federal judge precisely for his statement, which helped to arrest other members of the gang. Furthermore, prosecutors feared for the safety of Tekashi, who could be injured or killed in prison as revenge on the Nine Treu gang.

According to the newspaper “New York Times”, in a hearing in a federal court in Manhattan, including giving details regarding the operation of the gang, Tekashi said: “I was weak and easily influenced. I can’t believe it was me.

Judge Paul Engelmayer defined: “Hernandez provided the government with a critical view of the gang’s organizational structure”. Engelmayer tried Tekashi’s case and considered it a “model detainee” because of his good behavior in prison.

The sentence, then thirteen months, was revised three months later when, in March 2020, due to being asthmatic, Tekashi’s defense filed an appeal for the rapper to serve the rest of his sentence at home, on account of being part of the risk group and being exposed to the Covid-19 pandemic.
