The Queen of Denmark underwent surgery and was unable to attend the event, however, her son, Prince Frederik and his wife Mary, attended the event. Mary wore a blue dress, along with a canvas style hat, in the same color as the dress.

Due to Prince Philip (ex-husband of Queen Elizabeth II) being first cousin of the late King Paul, former King of Greece. Families have close ties. At the event, attended by Queen Anne-Marie, along with her son, Prince Pavlos and his wife Marie-Chantal. The two women were dressed in blue, one navy blue and the other aqua blue.
