Learn all about the royal women who shone at the coronation of King Charles III

The King’s Coronation Event Charles III, which took place this Saturday (06/05) brought together several people, fans and onlookers to watch the inauguration. Among the guests of Royalsabout 2,200 people, different from the 8,000 people who were present at the Queen’s coronation Elizabeth IIin 1953, at the Abbey of westminster. The coronation of Charles III, featured kings and queens, princes and princesses, among other titles. Among the guests, women drew attention, either because they wore the famous hats, an adornment that has accompanied royalty since the 1950s and became a symbol of formality, and also because of the style and elegance who attended the event. Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco

Prince and Princess Albert and Charlene, were the first to confirm their attendance at the coronation of Charles III, in January they notified the King of their presence. The princess wore a set, skirt and blouse in white, with a detail on the outfit, a kind of “tail”, which goes from the shoulder to the ankle.

King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain

The King and Queen of Spain had already confirmed their trip to the event since April. Letizia used a pink set of clothes, shoes and bags.

Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark

The Queen of Denmark underwent surgery and was unable to attend the event, however, her son, Prince Frederik and his wife Mary, attended the event. Mary wore a blue dress, along with a canvas style hat, in the same color as the dress.

Queen Anne-Marie, Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece

Due to Prince Philip (ex-husband of Queen Elizabeth II) being first cousin of the late King Paul, former King of Greece. Families have close ties. At the event, attended by Queen Anne-Marie, along with her son, Prince Pavlos and his wife Marie-Chantal. The two women were dressed in blue, one navy blue and the other aqua blue.
