SonicFox, a professional fighting game player, has hinted that Mortal Kombat 12 might be announced this week by Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Games.
Also known as Dominique Mclain, SonicFox has established himself as a major player in the fighting game community after winning six Evolution Championship Series events across five different franchises and becoming the first Final Kombat Champion for MK11.
I think they’re going to space.

According to his post on Twitter on the 7th, MK12 will finally be revealed this week. The journalist and insider, Jeff Grubb, commented on this last Monday (10) saying, “I think they will go to space”, making it difficult to conclude if Grubb is serious with his statement or if he is just making fun of The fans. However, the franchise has taken some peculiar paths in the past, so nothing is ruled out.
The existence of Mortal Kombat 12 was made public in March when Warner Bros. Discovery revealed that the game is slated for 2023.
If that really happens, we’ll have three new games from today’s top fighting franchises on the way, with the others being Street Fighter 6 and Tekken 8.
