Street Fighter 6 will have open beta – Japanese streamer Eiko Kano has accidentally revealed that an open beta for Street Fighter 6 will be available this month, as reported by Twitter user Ryan Harvey.

A translator watched Kano speak and told the GameSpot that he mentions that a “test” version of Street Fighter 6 will arrive in April. Apparently he wasn’t aware that it hadn’t been officially announced yet, Harvey pointed out.

Street Fighter 6’s closed betas were very limited in terms of the number of people invited to participate, but an open beta would certainly give Capcom time to test the capacity of its servers before the June 2 launch.
