The star accuses her ex-daughter-in-law of defamation after her claims that she participated in sexual assaults against her when she was little and in a relationship with her father actor Richard Berry.

On the first day of the hearing, Pascale Louange, the actor’s current wife, lost her nerves.

After detailing all the interventions of the day at length, he explained at the end of the day that at some point, a slippage occurred between the two women. “An incident broke out during a suspension, just before the defense’s argument: 

Richard Berry’s current girlfriend slapped Coline Berry, after insulting her… Within the court…”, he wrote.

Facts also reported by Ouest-France which specifies that Pascale Louage voluntarily stood up from her place to go slap Coline Berry. “Violence has no place in this chamber,” Karine Shebabo, Coline’s lawyer, told him as he left the room.

“Insults are violence,” replied Pascale Louage, supported by her husband. Following this decried gesture, Coline Berry’s lawyer filed a complaint for her client at the Aurillac police station. “In twenty years at the bar, I have never seen this.

This is the difficulty of victims of incest to denounce the facts: we are forced to strike to silence them, “she assured.

As for the defamation lawsuit filed by Jeane Manson – who was married to Richard Berry from 1984 to 1986 – it is on hold for the time being. The judgement was adjourned until 14 April.

The singer, who has denied all the accusations of Coline Berry and has not hesitated to call her a “mytho” since she was a child, claims the coquettish sum of 250,000 euros in damages. The case of Richard Berry, accused of rape and sexual assault of a minor, is also still ongoing.

All the protagonists involved remain presumed innocent until the final judgment of this case.
