60 thousand people attend Joelma's show in Macapá

Last Saturday (4), it was Macapá (AP)'s turn to host the big event. The city, which was celebrating its 265th anniversary, had its highlight of the night when the diva took to the stage and performed with her greatest hits for more than 60 thousand people that filled the capital's waterfront.

From Pará to all of Brazil! Singer Joelma continues to promote and involve fans from all over the country with the show “This is Calypso Tour”.

With more than 25 years on the road and since 2015 in a solo career, the muse who is considered the greatest performer in Brazil has hits such as “Voando pro Pará”, “Cumbia do amor” and “Primeiro amor” on her CV. In addition to being known for being able to keep your breath going with your choreography with hair flips, vibrant costumes and sky-high platform boots. “Have a tacacá, dance, enjoy, have fun” are just the lyrics of the song, because the singer doesn't stop and continues traveling throughout the country and bringing lots of new things.

After putting into practice in Recife (PE) the first recording of the “ Isso é Calypson Tour ” project, which will result in a DVD recorded while traveling from Pará to five Brazilian capitals, the artist announced that the next show will be in the city of São Paulo (SP) with a date scheduled for April 14th, at the Centro de Tradições Nordestinas (CTN).

“São Paulo is a very important place in my history. We have many incredible moments together and we are going to have one more to remember. And CTN was chosen thinking about all of this: Nostalgia, gratitude and love. I hope you all. I am preparing a show super special for this recording and full of surprises!” said the singer.
