Not that the cast of “Travessia” wasn’t full of stars, not least because it had names like Rômulo Estrela, Chay Suede, Humberto Martins, Alessandra Negrini, Giovanna Antonelli, the newcomer Jade Picon, among others, but neither was “Terra e Paixão” will leave something to be desired.

Only in the main family of the plot we already have Tony Ramos, Gloria Pires, Cauã Reymond and Johnny Massaro and a talent that has been gaining more and more space on Globo, Debora Ozorio.

One of the greatest divas of Brazilian television, Susana Vieira, is also present in the plot, as well as Tata Werneck.

In addition, one of the protagonists, Barbara Reis, who plays Aline, comes straight from “Todas as Flores”, which has been a success with the public.

PLOT

“Terra e Paixão” arrives as the new soap opera at 9 pm on TV Globo. From the 8th of May, the plot of Walcyr Carrasco, brings a classic serial, with stories of love, of overcoming, family dramas, disputes and secrets, which usually hold the attention of the public.

The soap opera begins through the saga of Aline (Barbara Reis), a young woman who sees her family cut down after her husband is murdered. She faces everything and everyone with a lot of courage to defend her legacy, and tries to transform everything with justice and hope.

But that won’t be an easy task, as she will have a fierce rivalry with Antonio La Selva, Tony Ramos’ character. However, she will have a very different relationship with the powerful farmer’s family.

IT WILL BE BETTER?

We have great actors and actresses, a great author, an engaging story, but something that can add – and a lot – for “Terra e Paixão” to be a success is precisely that its predecessor was so massacred by critics.

With an audience that was not very pleased and stories and approaches that did not capture the public’s attention as the broadcaster would like, the public’s expectation grows for the new telenovela to come with everything and conquer them.
