Flamengo loses to Internacional and Sampaoli analyzes the game

O Flamengo was defeated by International 2-1 in the second round of the Brazilian championship, this Sunday (23), in Porto Alegre. The current commander, Jorge Sampaolipraised the attitude adopted by the team red-black and said he lacked effectiveness and strength to win the game.

The new coach talked about replacing Pedro during the match. For sampaoliO Flamengo had been presenting a posture “neutral” on the field, which made him understand that the team needed more game volume.

The commander was emphatic when saying what he expects from his players on the field:

Finally, the coach talked about how his transformation work will be within Flamengo, so that he can achieve what he wants at the club.

“I think the answer will have to do with the team finding a positional idea to play. And the protagonism that I intend to play and that I had in all the places I’ve been. The coach’s career in Brazilian football lives on the player’s moment. If the player scores 40 goals, obviously the coach has more life, and the idea is very good. But if the player is not blunt, let’s not think that we did everything wrong. We were simply bad in the details and very imprecise in the rival area” – Finished the technician.
