Gabriela Pugliesi recalls binge eating: “I got out of prison”

The fitness influencer, Gabriela Pugliesi, this Wednesday (17), commented on her instagram about a delicate moment in her life, binge eating. The influencer is 38 years old, and is the mother of Lion, six months old, the result of her relationship with Túlio Dek. Gabriela starts the rant explaining that, if she hadn’t gained more weight, she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant, and having gained those kilos was something healthy, since it was something her body needed. Today, Gabriela weighs 64kg, but said she lost 18kg that she gained during her pregnancy.

Then, Pugliesi remembers the moment when he suffered from binge eating.

“I used to be very dry, and I lived that very strict life, I’m so fine today. The impression I have is that I came out of a prison”.

The influencer comments on how she felt at that stage:

“At the time I was happy, and I was living well, but when we go out, we see a lot of things”.

Finally, Gabriela explains how she is today:

“Today I continue to eat well, but I don’t have rules, I eat chocolate every day, I drink a glass of wine straight away, if I want to eat something I eat. I never had a compulsion again, I never thought about eating or not, I just eat intuitively, so having that balance unlocked a series of locks that were in my mind”.

In the caption of the video, the influencer says that balance is everything, and that nowadays she no longer restricts anything, and this was one of the factors that made Gabriela never again have binge eating.

Pugliesi also explains that, after pregnancy, he was in no hurry to return to his normal body, as he says he was very happy with motherhood, and that he was not thinking about it.

“Give time to time, the body comes back, don’t feel anxious, don’t feel bad, because it goes by so fast”comments.

Gabriela goes on to say that, when Lion was two months old, she stayed at home 24 hours a day dressed only in a nightgown and a diaper, in addition to not going out for anything.

“I remember I used to say: I know this phase is fast, so I’m going to enjoy even this that I’m living, because it’s only once”remember.

The influencer concludes by saying that there is nothing more natural and normal than women feeling strange and weird during motherhood, and that this is a phase that passes, and then everything goes back to normal.
