Justice revokes injunction that censored lines by presenter Titi Muller

Yesterday, Thursday (20), presenter Titi Muller took to social media to celebrate the revocation of the injunction that prohibited her from talking about her ex-husband Tomás Bertoni. They divorced in 2021 after episodes of psychological and physical violence from Tomás.

Titi also revealed that even after the divorce, the attacks continued. So, later, Tomás filed an injunction prohibiting his ex-wife from talking not only about him but also about his family.

During the podcast ”Sorry Something”, Muller stated that this injunction was like a gag, and that, therefore, he could not speak about Bertoni.

According to Lauro Jardim, columnist for O Globo, the judge said that the request for an injunction amounted to censorship of opinion, thought and artistic movements, facts that, according to him, are no longer tolerated by the legal system.

Currently living next to her love Gentil Nascimento, in a statement on his birthday in 2021 the presenter said that he was responsible for making her reborn for the second time: ”When I was pregnant, I got to know Gentle Birth, a practice that revolutionized my way of looking at pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. The start of confusion

Even though the divorce took place in March last year, the violence suffered by Titi extended from the year 2020. However, afraid of the situation becoming public and worsening the relationship between the two, she avoided the complaint.

With that, the presenter made the decision to report only in August 2021, with a protective measure, which has been in force since February 2023, against Bertoni.

After the separation, in March of last year, Muller, in an interview with the website Quem, gave details of his separation with Tomás:

”Tomás and I announced our separation after a long process. The two of us were even encouraging each other to live life. declared. went on: ”We want to see each other happy. I even agreed with my son’s father that we wouldn’t go out with anyone who didn’t have the full vaccination system. We had a lot of trust in each other to protect our son”.

However, previously Titi had hinted at her ex-husband and his family on her social media. In one of the tweets she even said: ”Look, the desire I have is to do an exhibition that would leave the previous one in the slipper. And part of the chain. That was enough for Bertoni to post a huge text on social networks, responding to the indirect with a direct WELL, implying that Titi was trying to promote herself with the whole situation. In another part of the text, he also said between the lines that the presenter’s behaviors during the separation process are based on favor of likes, shares and engagement.

”'(…) The separation process of a couple with a child should never be spectacular. Ending cycles and adjusting routines can be complex, but they should never overrule the privacy and good relationship between the father and the mother with their own child.”

After all the hubbub, the moment came when Bertoni activated the injunction. And so, in February of this year, she took to social media to tell her fans that she could no longer talk about her ex-husband.
