After qualifying with Corinthians, Roger Guedes fired criticism at the commentator, but went back and tried to explain himself

With all the repercussions surrounding the case, Roger Guedes released a statement on social networks and tried to explain himself after the criticism. According to him, the words spoken against Ana Thaís Matos were not a personal attack. He claimed that he only refuted what the commentator had already said about him and cited that her statement was distorted by people.

“The quote directed at the journalist was work-related, and that was it. It wasn’t something personal, but we all know the reach, recognition and representation that Ana Thaís has in the world of football, so much so that I quote journalists in general and then direct this to her, because I know how big she is for people , and it turned out to be distorted“, wrote Roger Guedes.
