Team Liquid is PUBG MOBILE Super League Americas Champion

Speak up, PUBG MOBILE warriors! Team Liquid has just achieved a feat in PUBG MOBILE Super League Americas (PMLS), which took place in São Paulo between May 29th and June 16th. With this victory, the team qualified for the PUBG MOBILE World Cup 2024, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. And, as if that wasn't enough, they also took home a prize of US$44,000. A Victory to Go Down in History

In the first year of playing PUBG MOBILE, Team Liquid has already added a title like this to its account. The Cavalry didn't come to play and showed that they are on the right path to dominate the competitive scene. “We are very proud of our performance during the championship. Winning this important title in our first year as Team Liquid is very significant and shows that we are on the right path”, said Matheus “Mythic” Arantes, one of the players. He added: “Now, we will focus fully on our preparation for the World Cup.”

Cavalry in Action

The competition featured 16 teams from the Americas, including five Brazilians: Alpha7, Death Wolves, FURIA, iNCO Gaming and Influence Rage. The Team Liquid line-up, which won the trophy, is made up of Anderson 'Chieff' Nunes, Davi 'Cardozin' Cardoso, Gonzalo 'Ayala', Matheus “Mythic” Arantes and coach Octavio 'NighTT' Melo. They finished the championship with 981 points, finishing with a flourish by winning the last map, Erangel.

The Next Challenge

With the victory at PMLS, Team Liquid is now preparing for the PUBG MOBILE World Cup 2024, in July, in Saudi Arabia. It will be exciting to see these guys represent Brazil on the biggest PUBG MOBILE stage in the world.
