Indictment
To the 27th Police District, the victim stated that the case occurred last Thursday (29), while working on maintenance at the entrance of a condominium in Vila Olímpia, South Zone of São Paulo.
According to the service provider's lawyer, in a statement this Monday (04), the harassment took place in the presence of other co-workers, who “they laughed at the declarant, which is why he felt humiliated”. The man also claims that, at first, he was not aware that the person responsible for the act would be Tiririca.
The Public Security Secretariat indicates that “Efforts are underway to clarify what happened.” To date, the deputy's press office has not responded to requests for statements from news outlets.

Known by the slogan “Vote for Tiririca. It doesn't get any worse” and for the song “Florentina”, Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva, has been a federal deputy for the São Paulo PL for four consecutive terms.
In 2010, in his first election, the clown Tiririca was the most voted in the country, with 1,353,820 votes. However, in recent years, the deputy has lost strength, reaching 453,855 votes in 2018 and 71,700 in 2022.
For Tiririca, the reason for the decrease in votes is the change in his number at the polls, since, in 2022, sequence 2,222 was given to Eduardo Bolsonaro, son of former president Jair Bolsonaro. Despite the loss, Tiririca managed to be re-elected and remains in his position.
