Ubisoft Brasil and Gamers Club Close Partnership on Rainbow Six

A notice hot for those of you who like it Rainbow Six Siege: The Ubisoft Brazil entered into a partnership with Gamers Club to further shake up the game's competitive scene in Brazil.

The idea is to develop the sport and reveal new talents in the country. With this partnership, they want to give more visibility to minor leagues and boost players to the highest level. In other words, it is the chance that many people have been waiting for to shine in the competitive R6 scene.

News in the Championships

The partnership will bring several new features, starting with Start League and the Brazilian Super Cup. A Start League is an off-season championship aimed at teams in tiers 2 and 3, and will be the gateway to the official competitive scene. The best teams in this league guarantee places in the Brazilian Super Cup. The competition takes place between July and August, with online and in-person phases, and a total prize pool of R$15,000.

First Phase of the Start League

The first phase of the Liga Start already had four qualifiers and ended with 16 teams classified for Phase 2, which starts this Tuesday, the 13th. It is the chance for these teams to show their value and guarantee a place in the Brazilian Super Cup.

Brazilian Super Cup

Already the Brazilian Super Cup will bring together the best teams in the country. There will be ten invited teams and 14 classified by the Start League, in a direct confrontation between teams from different levels. The competition also takes place between July and August and has a total prize pool of R$50,000. It's a big game!

Leandro Montoya, director of esports at Ubisoft for Latin America, added: “Brazil's good moment in Tier 1 of Rainbow Six Siege is due to a stable of very high quality athletes in our Tier 2 competitions. We want to present R6 competitive to new talents and attracting them to the sport.”
