Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have decided to break up after two years. The couple announces the news themselves via social media.

“Hey everyone, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship, but our love for each other as human beings is stronger than ever.

We started as best friends and we will continue to do so. We appreciate your support, then and now,” the two said in a shared statement in Instagram Story.

Cabello and Mendes recorded the song Señorita together in 2019, after which rumors of a romantic relationship arose. The two had known each other for more than four years.

After the start of the corona pandemic, the two decided to live together in Miami. The couple has several dogs together. Where the animals will live, they have not said.
