Elon Musk does not testify in lawsuit Johnny Depp and Amber Heard,

Elon Musk will not appear in court to be heard in the lawsuit that Johnny Depp has filed against Amber Heard. The billionaire has had a relationship with the actress and would make a statement, but his lawyer has now let it be known that that is not necessary.

Musk has been in a relationship with Heard for over a year, shortly after she divorced Depp. However, the actor previously claimed that there would have been an affair, which Heard has always denied.

Musk would testify, but his lawyer has not said why that is no

longer the case.

Depp sues Heard for 50 million dollars (47.5 million euros), the actress sues him the other way around for 100 million dollars. Both parties believe that the other has used violence during their relationship, which both parties also contradict.

The trial in the United States can be followed via a live stream and that is done from all over the world.

The now 36-year-old Heard met Musk (58) in 2013 during the recording of Machete Kills. The two kept in touch after that, but it came to a relationship much later.

In April 2017, they announced that they were forming a couple, but by then it would have been more serious between the two for a while. A few months later, the relationship was over.

According to The New York Post, James Franco, who was also on the witness list, would not be heard again.
