Maccabi wins towards the duel with PSV

Maccabi Tel Aviv, again the opponent of PSV on Thursday, won the Israeli competition on Sunday in the run-up to the return in the Conference League. Rapid Wien drew earlier in the day in the away game against Sturm Graz.

Hapoel Haifa was beaten 2-0 at home by the number three of Israel by Maccabi. The Croat Stipe Perica opened the score from a penalty and Matan Baltaxa was also accurate. Both goals came after the break.

PSV was 1-0 too strong for Maccabi Tel Aviv on Thursday. Cody Gakpo scored for the number two in the Eredivisie. The return in Israel will be kicked off on Thursday at 6.45 pm.

Vitesse’s opponent, Rapid Wien, drew earlier in the day in the away match against Sturm Graz. It became 2-2.

Vitesse lost 2-1 to the Austrians three days ago in Vienna. The return in Arnhem is on Thursday at 9 p.m.
