This Tuesday (16th) the Cannes Film Festival, the most anticipated film event of the year, which takes place in the south of France, began. With a duration of twelve days, the event will end only on May 27th.

The line up of the event has hits at the box office, such as: “Killers of the Flower Moon”, “Asteroid City” and “May December”. With that, the event started with the photocall of ”Rosalie” -directed by Stéphanie Di Gusto-, as well as the Japanese feature film “Monster”, which is directed by Soya Kurokawa and Hirokazu Koreeda.

In just three days of the event, celebrities such as: American actress Viola Davis; model and actress Laura Harrier; supermodel Naomi Campbell; French actress Adèle Exarchopoulos; Chinese actress Zhang Yuqi; actress and presenter Araya Hargate; model and former BBC executive Lisa Opie.

With that, we saw Viola Davis with actor Julius Tannon (her husband) on the red carpet. She had a black shadow that highlighted her eyes, in addition she wore a white dress lined with feathers and slits. The great international actress let black power loose and showed all her power.
