Ingredients: Mandioca Cake

  • 300 g of Cassava (2 cups of tea);
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine or butter;
  • Four tablespoons of grated cheese;
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 150 g of mozzarella cheese;
  • 3 tablespoons of water;
  • Salt, kingdom pepper and parsley to taste;
