After successful exhibitions at the prestigious Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art earlier this year, Bulgari brings Serpenti’s 75th anniversary celebration to Mexico with a special collaboration between the Maison and the fine artist. Mexican Eva Vale. The artwork – inspired by Serpenti’s unique legacy and rich Mexican culture – showcases the snake’s changing nature and its significance in a pre-Hispanic context, fusing a body inspired by the jewelry collection with the deity of the feathered serpent.

Bulgari Serpenti first appeared in 1948 in the form of elegant bracelet watches created with the famous Tubogas technique that became an instant success. Seducing and adorning the most quintessential actresses of the 50s and 60s, such as Elizabeth Taylor, it quickly became one of the most desirable and recognizable symbols of Bulgari, which over the years has been able to renew and evolve in an unstoppable and fascinating metamorphosis that continues until nowadays.

Eva Vale’s intervention transformed the façade of the Bulgari boutique into Artz Pedregal during a take over at the luxurious shopping center located in the south of Mexico City.
