It all starts with a question from the dancer about the lawyer’s relationship with the villain:

“You were once friends with Theo. They were nail and flesh. What has changed?”

Ben ends up talking in the can:

“I know Theo abused you.”

Sol is shocked and then doesn’t understand what he means by this. She questions him and he explains that she had no choice because she was drunk:

“Someone without the power to say ‘no’ or understand what’s going on is vulnerable. A sexual relationship where one of the people is unable to consent is a crime.”

Sol painfully remembers the day it all happened and reveals that he never stopped thinking about what happened:

“There hasn’t been a day in my life that I haven’t remembered that. That I didn’t blame myself for accepting the drink, for trusting Theo. For going with him.”

The lawyer comforts her in a hug, but Sol gets really bad and then ends up having a natural reaction: She ‘beats’ Ben and screams:
