Amber Heard sues insurance for non-reimbursement of costs depp case

Amber Heard sues insurance – Amber Heard has filed a lawsuit against her insurance company. According to the actress, the company should reimburse the money she spent in the defamation case against her ex Johnny Depp. However, this did not happen.

Heard claims that she has stipulated in her insurance policy that she will be reimbursed for all costs incurred for the case. The actress would have taken out a policy for 1 million dollars.

The insurance company says they are no longer obliged to do so because Heard was found guilty of defamation and defamation in the case.

Heard says that an “unconditional agreement has been made” and therefore wants to receive the money. She speaks of a breach of contract and therefore sues society.

Depp had sued Heard over an op-ed she had written about her experiences with domestic violence. She did not mention a name in the article inThe Washington Post, but according to the actor it was obvious that it was about him.

He stated that his career and reputation have suffered and demanded compensation. The jury agreed with him and awarded him more than 10 million dollars.
