Carla Diaz is moved to be praised by Gloria Pires: “My inspiration as an actress”

This Monday (8) Carla Diaz used social networks to explain why she went to tears backstage at “Domingão com Huck”. Shortly after the presentation of the actress in the painting “Dance of the famous”, shown last Sunday (7), she went to the dressing room to cry after meeting again and receiving praise from her greatest inspiration in acting.

Carla Diaz told her followers, through a publication on Instagram, that the reason for her emotion was having found and received praise from her greatest inspiring muse, Gloria Pires. The veteran was on the artistic jury bench for the painting.

In the video published by the actress, she rescues images from when she was, as a child, on the program “Altas Horas”, presented by Serginho Groisman. In it, a member of the audience asks the child actors on stage if they had an artist they looked up to, and Carla’s response was: “Gloria Pires, she deceives us very well”. Little Diaz refers to the twins Ruth and Raquel, played by the renowned actress, in “Sand women”.

In the caption of the published video, Carla starts by saying: “Mini Carla Diaz would be overjoyed if she knew that this meeting would take place more than 25 years later!”. She said she was still ecstatic about the event because Gloria is her biggest inspiration, and continued:

“You is an admirable actress, her work inspires me and her delivery is to be admired without blinking an eye! I wish success in this new work and know that I will be following it daily and learning as always!”.
