Justin Timberlake sells entire music catalog – Timberlake has sold the rights to his music catalog to the company Hipgnosis Song Management. How much money the artist has received for this is not known.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the catalog was estimated at around 100 million euros prior to the deal.
The catalog consists of about two hundred songs that Timberlake has written during his career; not only for themselves, but also for other artists.
“I am happy to enter into this collaboration. The owner of Hipgnosis is someone who appreciates artists and has always been committed to songwriters,” says the ten-time Grammy winner. “I fit right into that idea and look forward to starting the next chapter in my life.”
