With this public tender initiative, several people will be able to seek new job opportunities and also financial stability. The unemployment rate in the country is very high, the expectation is that these selections can help reduce it. With this resumption, it will also be able to help in the modernization of public services, since the bodies will be able to hire new professionals who are trained and updated with the current demands.

However, it is always good to remember that preparing for the competitions requires great dedication and also efforts from the candidates, they need to prepare properly to face the competition and obtain a good placement in order to pass.

This shows how much the Brazilian government shows its commitment to investing in the public sector and also to offering better working conditions for civil servants. This initiative also shows an opportunity for people to be interested in joining the public service and contribute to the improvement of public management in the country.
