Kompany's command promises changes and departures of players at Bayern

After the 2023/24 season without titles, Bayern Munich is keeping an eye on what's next and is looking to balance its finances. Big names like Gnabry, De Ligt, Kimmich, Mazraoui and Coman could end up leaving the club if the prices are satisfactory, according to SkySports in Germany.

Changes at Bayern driven by new coach

Vincent Kompany, the new coach, is the one who has been bringing the new changes to the squad, although he does not have the power to make decisions regarding players' departures. Bayern's board is making the decision to let go of key players.

Even after conversations with coach Kompany, his decisions are not directly influenced by him. Real Madrid are interested in left-back Davies, who is in the final year of his contract.

Goretzka, aged 29, has been a starter for six seasons and was prominent in the 2019/20 Champions League campaign. He played 42 games last season, with six goals and nine assists.

Coman, 27, like Gnabry, had his season affected by injuries. On the field, just 27 times, he scored five goals and provided three assists.

Mazraoui, 26-year-old right-back, at Bayern since 2022, played 29 games last season, contributing four assists. The club intends to profit from his possible negotiation, given the lack of big names in this position in the European elite.
