Reducing the impact of the cold is a good option. For this, it is necessary to keep the body always active, in addition to dressing better, using gloves and socks, for example. “Hot compresses and massages can also help with pain relief”, advises the specialist. A good option would also be a balanced diet.

Drinking plenty of water can be a good ally in preventing heart attacks. So stay hydrated.
