METHOD OF PREPARATION

To prepare this delicious pudding, start by hydrating the gelatin according to the package instructions. Then dissolve the gelatin in the milk. Use a blender to mix the condensed milk, cream and milk mixture with gelatin until the mixture is homogeneous.

Transfer the mixture to a caramelized pudding mold or mini molds, if you prefer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until pudding is firm. Then unmold and serve this delicious dessert to your guests!

THE SYRUP

In a pan over medium heat, add the sugar and stir until it starts to melt and change color. Add water little by little and keep stirring until all the sugar is completely dissolved.

Once the mixture reaches the ideal syrup point, which should not be too liquid or too thick, and acquire that dark caramel color, turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. After that, spread it out in the form and set aside.
