We put on a great show by a team full of talent and youth. Congratulations to our national team. The dream is alive! Until the end! Come on, Portugal!”
Ronaldo did not start the game as a starter and was not introduced before the 74th minute, prompting speculation about a dispute between him and coach Fernando Santos, but the latter stressed that the decision was strategic.
