Monday, July 24th

To help her friend, Ruth confirms Da Lua’s version. The delegate decides to leave. Malu proposes a gymkhana to her friends where each one has to take an animal they find on the street to her house. Da Lua tells Glorinha that Ruth made the police chief and Floriano believe in him. Ruth cries after arguing with Raquel over Marcos. Clarita and Arlete give up going into the house after seeing Virgílio’s mansion full of animals. Malu introduces Alaor as the animal she found on the street.

Tuesday, July 25th

Malu wins the gymkhana and Alaor is furious with the joke. Humiliated, Alaor leaves and ends up crashing his car. Clarita remembers the kiss Virgílio gave a girl at the nightclub. At the hospital, Marcos visits Alaor and apologizes for the joke Malu made. Sampaio tells Virgílio that he has health problems. Arlete goes to Pontal and visits Ruth. Afterwards, she advises Ruth to tell the family what happened to her on the farm. Da Lua overhears the conversation and asks Ruth to tell her the secret she keeps.

Wednesday, July 26th

Ruth tells Da Lua that she doesn’t want to talk about her secret. Virgílio asks Andréa to help him stop the distribution of Marcos and Raquel’s wedding invitations. Raquel teases Da Lua, who reacts. Andréa offers to go with Malu to deliver the wedding invitations. Afterwards, Andréa lets the invitations fall into the pool. Arlete tells Clarita and Malu that César asked her to marry him. Marcos tells his mother that Alemão and Ruth are going to be Raquel’s godparents. Marcos asks his father to go with Raquel to the church.

Thursday, July 27th

Virgílio ends up accepting Marcos’ request for him to enter the church with Raquel. Tito asks Glorinha to be his girlfriend. Marcos shows Malu the car he bought as a gift for Raquel. Wanderlei tells Raquel that he is going to her wedding, and she asks him not to cause any scandal. Raquel asks Ruth what her secret is. Malu goes to the hospital and Alaor still doesn’t speak to her. Marcos goes to pick up Raquel’s family in Pontal to get ready for the wedding. Alaor returns to the farm. Breno has a problem with Vera’s dress for Marcos’s wedding. Raquel is happy because of the car that Marcos gave her. Floriano is furious when he learns that Raquel lied saying he didn’t want to go into the church with her.

Ruth calms down Floriano and prevents him from fighting with Raquel. Arlete tells Clarita about Floriano’s reaction when he found out that he wasn’t going to go into the church with his daughter. Tito tells Chico that Donato saw him trading shrimp. Munhoz invites Tônia to go to Mass. Raquel gets ready for the wedding. Clarita tells Raquel that she was disappointed with her for lying about Floriano. Julieta finds Sampaio’s prescription. Alzira tries to make peace with Dalua. Joel tells his friends that they are going to prepare a general strike in Pontal. Dalua is upset for not being able to remember his father’s face. Dalua dreams of Ruth. Raquel and Virgílio enter the church.
