Ajax easily beat Cambuur – Ajax recorded an easy victory in the Eredivisie match against SC Cambuur on Saturday. The Amsterdammers won, a few days after the chaotic end of the transfer period, with 4-0 in the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
Thanks to two goals from Steven Bergwijn, in the 35th and fortieth minutes, Ajax led 2-0 halfway through. Devyne Rensch made it 3-0 in the 53rd minute and substitute Mohammed Kudus made it 4-0 after 64 minutes.

Bergwijn scores fifth and sixth goals

The winger received the ball about 25 meters from the goal. Not a single defender of Cambuur attacked him, allowing Bergwijn to lay on and shoot hard. It was already bergwijn’s sixth goal this Eredivisie season.
