By the time the King Charles III was crowned, another name was the most mentioned on social media. It was the name of his ex-wife, Lady Diwhich was remembered by Internet users around the world.

During the coronation of camilla, many people were outraged by the title given to Charles’ ex-lover. Throughout their marriage, Diana accused the prince of having an affair with his current wife.

At the twitteranother netizen said, “This woman made Diana’s life so much hell and in the end she won… but she will never have the relevance and charisma of Lady Di”. Harry and William’s mother died in a car accident in 1997 in Paris. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, Dodi Al-Fayedwho also died in the accident.

Kate Middleton, wife of Prince William paid tribute to her late mother-in-law in a discreet way. She wore earrings that belonged to Diana.

Another celebrity who defended Diana, even if silently, was Elton John. The singer, who was a great friend of Charles’s ex-wife, declined the invitation to sing at the coronation ceremony of the new King of England.
