Raphael Veiga takes the Pepe 2023 award

Taking the award with the most beautiful goal of the 2023 Paulista Championship, Palmeiras striker Raphael Veiga was chosen for the Pepê award, for the feat accomplished during the second round of the group stage, when the verdão faced Botafogo-SP.

The Palmeirenses beat the team from Ribeirão Preto by the score of 1 to 0, with the great goal by Veiga, which became the great goal of the competition. In addition to the striker’s goal, another 11 entered the voting list.
