There are over a hundred or more kayanmatta vendors in person and online who claim to sell kayanmatta products with the ability to solve more than sexual problems such as tying down a man, husband or boyfriend against their will, rich men attraction oils and soaps, barrenness problems, curse breakers, business boosters, money kits and a wide variety of them. These products mostly come in form of soaps and oils and perfumes.
The new Kayanmatta as it is now, is no longer meant strictly for women as there are products now which also help in male sexual performance and solve money related problems as well as relationships for men.

There have been no reported side effects of using these products. Most vendors claim that the ingredients are solely organic and there has been no case of organic ingredients harming anyone. Over hundreds of people have claimed to use kayanmatta products but have reported only positive results and no health effects of using the products. The only side effects of using kayanmatta as researched, is addiction. They say once you begin, you never want to stop. According to users, kayanmatta has saved a lot of marriages due to its powers.

Nigeria is a religious country and many people who consider using kayanmatta are held back by their religious beliefs. They believe that kayanmatta draws it’s powers from spiritual forces and phenomenon. Many people say that it is a means of selling one’s soul to the devil since there is no satisfactory explanation for the mysterious powers of kayanmatta. There has been no report of madness or spiritual repercussions after the use of kayanmatta.

The sale of kayanmatta has boomed drastically as many celebrities have bluntly opened up to using it and also advertised and encouraged its use. After many explanation and research, the question as to whether one should use kayanmatta is up to you. The safest however is the sexual enhancers as it has been reported and tested to be safe.
