How to make roasted breast
To make Baked Maminha, combine softened butter with garlic and herbs. Well balanced. Then, season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Also spread the herb butter on both sides. Then put the meat on a baking sheet and wrap it with potatoes and onions (raw). Spread some butter on top too. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Every 15 minutes, turn on the oven and cover the meat with the butter melted in the pan. Remove and serve.
Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup. (tea) of chopped herbs, thyme, oregano, parsley, basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 kg of titty
- Potatoes and small onions.
Method of preparation
- Mix softened butter with garlic and herbs. Shake well.
- Then, season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
