Dragon Quest Treasures – In yet another novelty coming from the broadcast held to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Dragon Quest, Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Treasure, which will have the characters Erik and Mia, from Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age, when they were still children.

According to the producer, Taichi Inuzuka, they will be the protagonists of the new game, which will have as main themes the childhood of Erik and Mia, and the hunt for treasures. It won’t be a traditional RPG either, but he didn’t provide any other details to explain what that means.

It was not disclosed which platforms will receive the game or when it will be released, but the launch will be worldwide and simultaneous when it occurs.
