Santos and Palmeiras are in a goalless draw for the Brasileirão

In a lukewarm classic, Santos and Palmeiras were unable to score and ended up in a draw, in Vila Belmiro; with the result, Botafogo opened three points in the lead

This Saturday, the 20th, Santos received Palmeiras, in Vila Belmiro, for the seventh round of the Brasileirão. In a warm game, Peixe managed to be superior in the first stage and did not open the scoring thanks to Weverton’s good defenses in the kicks of Deivid Washington. Palmeiras, in turn, created little and took danger only with attempts by Gabriel Menino, from outside the area.

The second half was much milder and few chances were created due to physical exhaustion. Three players needed to be replaced by head clashes: Lucas Braga and Messias, from Santos, and Gustavo Gómez, from Palmeiras. The biggest highlight of the game was the defense of both teams, which managed to score well and nullify the opposing attackers.
