Santos defines the future of Lucas Lima and makes an announcement to the crowd

After signing a productivity agreement, the board met with the midfielder Lucas Lima and agreed to renew the contract. Now, the player will wear the shirt of the Vila team until April 2025.

“Santos Futebol Clube extended this Monday (1) the bond with Lucas Lima. Two-time São Paulo champion for the club in 2015 and 2016, the midfielder had signed a productivity contract until the end of April this year and, after the excellent performances, the agreement was renewed until April 2025“, began Santos’ official note on social media.

“Currently 32 years old and born in Marília, in the interior of São Paulo, Lucas Lima returned to start his second spell at Alvinegro Praiano in February this year and, since then, has become one of the main players in the team commanded by Odair Hellmann. The number 23 has already scored once and became the leader in assists this season, with five passes to goal in 13 games played“.
