Tekken World Tour 2023 starts in March, resuming face-to-face championships

Tekken World Tour 2023 – Bandai Namco has announced that Tekken World Tour 2023 will begin at the end of March as an in-person Tekken 7 championship.

The competition will be composed by means of the global leaderboard, resulting from the various events of the MASTER+, MASTER, CHALLENGER and DOJO types, held around the world. The best players in each category will be awarded points and those with the best scores will advance to the Global Finals to fight for the title of Tek-ken World Tour 2023 Champion.

This year, the MASTER+, MASTER, CHALLENGER and DOJO competitions will kick off at EVO Japan, which kicks off March 31 in Tokyo, and will continue at MIXUP in Lyon, France on April 22.

During Tekken World Tour 2023, players will have the opportunity to earn points and climb the leaderboards through different types of events. Check out some of them:

DOJO Events
Starting mid-March, tournament organizers will be able to submit their entries to organize a DOJO Event, the first of which will be held on March 31st via the Tekken Esports Tournament Portal. These events will be offline, face-to-face and open to all players around the world, with the winners’ points adjusted according to the number of participants in the tournament. Verification of live streams and stream channels will be required for all DOJO tournaments. More information will be available soon on the official website.

MASTER+, MASTER and CHALLENGER events
In the events of these categories, players will be able to freely participate and accumulate points for tournaments around the world. They are officially supported and the odds are higher, with more points being played for the global scoreboard.
