Manoel Ramos Evangelista, known as Mané da Carne, would have been responsible for committing the racist act. In an interview for “GE”, he said that he did not utter this type of speech to Seedorf, but warned that: “We were far away. I said “buddy, be quiet”, and he understood “nigger”. Meanwhile, Seedorf countered and explained what would have happened: “I was at the Council meeting, at one point there was someone speaking into the microphone, and some people in the right corner started to make a fuss. I asked them to let the person speak. At that moment, Manoel Evangelista shouted “shut up, nigga, go fuck yourself…”. I’ve had problems like this before, but always via WhatsApp, which was not an official means”.
