Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Won’t Be PlayStation Exclusive

Apparently the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will be a cross-platform game for PS5, Xbox Series and PC, and not something exclusive to PlayStation.

The information was disclosed by the sources of the site Insider Gamingto which they also stated that the game will be announced during the PlayStation Showcase 2023 with a teaser (not a full gameplay trailer) on Wednesday (24).

Development of the remake is reportedly in the hands of developer Virtuos, who worked on adaptations of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 for PS3 and PS Vita, as well as Batman: Return to Arkham for PS4 and Xbox One.

There are rumors that a new Castlevania is also in development, but no information has yet emerged on when it will be shown.
