How to make Indian Cake

To make this Indian cake, take eggs and place the yolks and whites in separate containers. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside. Now, still using the mixer, beat the yolks with the sugar and butter until you get a mixture of creamy consistency. Add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and baking powder to the mixture and stir again. Add the snow white and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Then pour the dough into an already greased and floured mold, the oven has been heated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked.

  • 1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 02 gems
  • 02 tablespoons of margarine
  • 100 ml of milk

  4. Then, add to this mixture the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and baking powder and leave and beat again.
  5. Then add the egg whites, mixing gently with the help of a wooden spoon.
  6. Then, pour the dough into a mold already greased with butter and flour and with the oven already heated to 180 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes, or until the dough is completely baked. Then do the toothpick test.

FILLING

  1. First, take a pan and put all the ingredients in it to prepare the stuffing.
  2. Then, put it on medium heat and mix well until you get the consistency of a soft brigadeiro.

ASSEMBLY

When the cake is completely baked and already cold, cut it in half, horizontally, place the filling spreading well, cover with the other half of the cake and finish by placing the filling on top of the cake.
