CONDENSED MILK QUINDIM
Preparation time: 40 minutes Performance: 8 Servings
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams of dry grated coconut
- 4 eggs
- 8 gems
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- butter for greasing
- sugar to sprinkle
The way to prepare this recipe is very simple and I am sure that if you follow it step by step you will be able to make your recipe, it will be wonderful.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Hydrate the coconut in 1/2 cup of water and set aside. Then pass the eggs and yolks through a sieve, add the condensed milk, water, reserved coconut and mix well.
Then, grease the 40 molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar and pour the dough for the quindim into them, stirring constantly so that the coconut is evenly distributed.
Then, take it to the preheated fire at 180°C for about 30 minutes and unmould the quindim while it is still warm.
Then let them cool completely before putting them in the fridge.
